Right now, the furnace of basalt fiber is just one furnace with one bushing production line. The efficiency is not high and the goods quality is not stable. The annual production capacity can not be more than 100 tons. So to build bigger furnace, for example 2000 tons production line should be manufacturer’s top priority on reducing unit cost of product, increasing the input-output efficiency and improving the product quality stabilization. However, right now, the most difficult thing from the technicians to break through is the sticky melt basalt flow in the routine of furnace from raw material entrance to the final product exits. Furthermore, the non- transparency of the melt material should be another element for technicians’ conquer. Otherwise, to let the heat uniformly go through the fiber and let the material move fast and without halt in furnace will lead to big furnace development. Then the automatically operated system should be introduced to the production line.
