Carbon fiber is a kind of special fiber consisted of carbon element, which   varies specification according to carbon content but generally over 90% on   weight. Carbon fiber has the same   performance as regular carbon, like high temperature resistance, anti-friction,   electricity conductive, heat conductive and corrosion resistance. On the other   side, it is different from regular carbon. It has unique qualities such as   softness possible to be processed into all kinds of fabric. Generally speaking,   crystallite has super options along the fiber axle, which makes it high tensile   strength and tensile modulus along the fiber axle. The density of carbon fiber   is very small so it has high specific strength and tensile modulus. It becomes   to be the omnipotent in material family if the carbon fiber reinforced with   plastics.
